SALCI is an Education Intelligence System that focuses on patterns, behavioural signals, and analytical insights to support clearer thinking and better decision-making within educational institutions.

3. Eligibility & Authority

You may use SALCI only if:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• You are authorized to act on behalf of an institution, if applicable

Institutions are responsible for ensuring their users comply with these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

By using SALCI, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for ethical, lawful, and institutional improvement purposes
• Provide accurate and relevant data where required
• Respect data confidentiality and access boundaries
• Apply insights responsibly, with human judgment and context

5. Insights Disclaimer

SALCI provides analysis, patterns, and signals, not guarantees.

• Insights are contextual and interpretive
• Outcomes may vary based on institutional environment, leadership, and execution
• SALCI does not guarantee academic results, performance improvement, or behavioural outcomes

Final decisions always remain with the institution and its leadership.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to SALCI—including frameworks, analysis logic, models, language, and visual identity—belongs exclusively to SALCI.

Users may not:

• Copy, scrape, or reproduce insights or system logic
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract proprietary methods
• Redistribute outputs without explicit written permission

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent insights as facts or mandates
• Share credentials or provide unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform security, integrity, or performance

Any misuse that contradicts SALCI’s intent of clarity, insight, and responsibility is strictly prohibited.

8. Platform Changes & Availability

SALCI may evolve continuously. We reserve the right to:

• Modify features, logic, or interfaces
• Temporarily suspend access for maintenance or upgrades
• Improve or discontinue parts of the platform without prior notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SALCI shall not be liable for:

• Decisions made based on platform insights
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Misinterpretation or misuse of analytical outputs

Use of SALCI is at your own institutional discretion and responsibility.

10. Suspension & Termination

SALCI may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• Usage risks platform integrity or ethical standards
• Required for legal or compliance reasons

Termination does not waive SALCI’s intellectual property rights.
